Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, not through Flux directly.
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Flux → Cancel Subscription.
On Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Flux → Cancel.
Cancelling stops future renewals but keeps Pro active until the end of the current billing period.
First, try tapping "Restore purchases" on the Flux paywall screen (scroll to the bottom of the paywall). This re-checks your subscription status with the App Store or Play Store. If that doesn't resolve it, email hello@flux-app.org with your account email and we'll fix it immediately.
Go to the Profile tab in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This immediately and permanently deletes all your data from our servers. There is no waiting period and no recovery. Make sure to cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play first, or it will keep renewing even after your account is gone.
Streaks are psychologically harmful for ADHD users. One missed day wipes out days or weeks of progress and triggers a shame spiral that makes it harder, not easier, to get back on track. Flux tracks total completions and completion rates instead. Your 47 completions this month are still 47, whether you missed a day or not. Progress here survives real life.
Panic Mode is an AI-powered tool that breaks any overwhelming task into 5 small, immediately-doable steps. Tap the "Feeling overwhelmed?" button on the Home tab, type what's paralysing you in plain language, and AI generates steps written specifically for how ADHD brains get unstuck. Free plan: 1 use per day. Flux Pro: unlimited.
Body doubling is one of the most consistently researched ADHD productivity tools. Simply being in the presence of other people while you work, even silently, activates your brain's social processing systems and dramatically improves focus and task completion. Flux's Focus Room shows you other Flux users working in real time. You join, set an intention, and work alongside them without any interaction or pressure required. It's available on Flux Pro.
Sign in to the same Flux account on your new device. All your habits, history, notes, and settings sync automatically via the cloud. Nothing is stored locally only.
On days when your brain doesn't have full capacity, tap the "Running low" button on the Home screen. Flux re-sorts your habit list to show your smallest, easiest habits first, while fading out the bigger ones. You still make progress without burning out trying to match a more energetic version of yourself. It resets the next day.
Force-close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, check your internet connection, as Flux requires a network connection for most features. If you're still having trouble, email hello@flux-app.org with a description of what happened, your device model, and your iOS/Android version. Screenshots or screen recordings are extremely helpful.
We genuinely want to hear from ADHD users about what would make Flux more useful for them. Email hello@flux-app.org with your idea. We discuss every suggestion seriously.
Email hello@flux-app.org. Include your device type, OS version, and a description of the issue. We aim to reply within 48 hours.
